Mardi Gras is coming in hot on Tuesday, March 4th, and The Cavalier is throwing a bead-slinging, po’boy-devouring, cocktail-fueled party from 12pm to 12am in downtown East Austin!

We’re serving up shrimp po’boys, roast beef debris po’boys, and gumbo, plus Hurricanes, Hand Grenades, and Sazeracs strong enough to make you dance on tables.

Oh, and did we mention FREE crawfish from 3pm-5pm (or ‘til it’s gone)?
